Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorsese and The Devil in the White City. The legends are back together again for a movie based on the true story of Dr. H.H. Holmes who was believed to be one of the first serial killers. He confessed that he killed 27 people but it’s said that the real number was around 200 and most of them were young girls.
It’s pretty obvious that DiCaprio plays H.H. Holmes and Scorsese is doing what he does best. The movie has been work-in-progress for decades and now that Leonardo DiCaprio has been on board for two years, it’s finally happening.
Paramount is backing the project along with Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Davisson, Stacey Sher, Martin Scorsese and Rick Yorn as Producers.
The plot of the movie is chilling and dark and is giving a clear opportunity to Leonardo DiCaprio to bag his first Oscar yet again (fingers crossed). For now, all we can do is wait till the Devil is out.
