The last day of the Amazon India Fashion Week concluded with a big bang with designers like Amalraj Sengupta, Sneha Arora, Shweta Kapur and the duo Ashima Leena showcasing their winter collections. But the biggest highlight that stole the show were the veterans from the Indian fashion fraternity at the finale of the 25th edition of the Amazon India Fashion. A grand affair quite literally with 25 designers presenting their collections together for the first time as an ode to the ‘Crafts of India’. Take a look.
The last day of the Amazon India Fashion Week kicked-off with designer Amalraj Sengupta displaying his tribal collection with dresses, saris paired with jackets and separates. Designer Sneha Arora presented her collection titled ‘Appetite’ for all the food lovers. Outfits with prints and colours inspired by fruits and vegetables were prominent on the ramp for this rather unique lineup.

Designer Shweta Kapur’s collection titled ‘Manhole’ was inspired by her personal experience of falling into a manhole. Models walked the catwalk in separates, dresses, jumpsuits and saris in shades of grey, black and white.
The second tribal sighting of the day was designer duo Ashima Leena’s collection with models walking down the runway in short jackets, scarf drapes, kaftans and wide legged pants in layered flowing prints.
The grand finale of the 25th edition of the Amazon India Fashion Week was a historic moment for the Indian fashion industry with 25 designers presenting their collections together sharing the same runway at the same time. Padma Shree awardees Ritu Kumar and Wendell Rodricks, JJ Valaya, Rohit Bal, Tarun Tahiliani, Raghavendra Rathore and Sabyasachi were some of the designers who were a part of this opulent finale.
